The course provides the basic technical skills needed to address an Erasmus+KA1 Mobility Project according to the learn by doing approach. The aim of the course will be to provide a general overview of the activities envisaged in the Erasmus KA1 Project (Job Shadowing and Training Courses, Group Visits) and acquire a specific working methodology to guarantee the correct implementation and reporting of the Erasmus+ KA1 Projects. In particular, the student will learn its roles and tasks when involved in an Erasmus KA1 Project as Project partner, hosting partner and the Project Coordinator. The course will be also focused on how to correctly use the Mobility Tool for reporting project mobilities and other management and financial tools elaborated by SERN.
At the end of the course, you will be able to effectively coordinate and implement the activities under an Erasmus+ KA1 project by learning how to organize your work without getting lost in bureaucracy. You will learn how to take advantage of the several management tools and templates delivered by SERN and how to forecast and solve the main issues may arise during the implementation of an Erasmus+ KA1 project.

Requirements
Before starting, the student must fill in an online questionnaire that will be sent a week before the course starts to assess his entry-skills and knowledge.
Length and language
The course will be offered in English. Simultaneous interpretation is available with the participation of at least 6 Swedish participants. If it is required, an additional cost will be charged.
